This morning while looking through my emails I came across this article about food which could be hurting your love life, and then I read my first post on face book and again, it was about SEX, and how it can make you feel younger, improve moods, and improve general health.
It must be a sign? So I thought I'd share.....

Now we all know that a lot women do in fact ENJOY SEX. We need it just as much as you men do. Other wise books such as these wouldn't be BEST SELLERS...
About a woman whose husband was an arse during sex, and basically got himself off, so she ended up straying, and discovering her love of her own body, and a man who was keen to learn, so she taught him how to 'LOVE' her, and they became very close indeed.
Another book where a couple becomes stuck in a rut, with work and children, and life steals away their passion for each other. (Not that there was much to start with). She finds herself bored, lonely, fed up, needed more from life and starts thinking of a man in her youth she met who awakened her and taught her how her body can sing. Her first 'LOVE'. Her husband was never like that. It is a fantastic journey into a woman's mind, Her needs, wants, and despite what you may be thinking, the ending isn't what you think. Well worth the read. If you are woman in your late to early 40's you will totally understand the what this woman is talking about.
Lastly Mr Grey. Who can not find this man's talents in the bedroom HOT?
Why are women reading so much of what my hubby calls "Mummy Porn" ?
Simple, because we like SEX too. But sex for women is a little different than it is for men. We need to feel it, deeper, emotionally charged, and backed up with real LOVE. It's more than a 'Fuck' or an 'Orgasm'. Sex for us starts outside the bedroom, it's in our minds, in how we feel about ourselves, our worth. This is what turns us on, and makes us come like an exploding firework again , and again......OH YES AGAIN!!! We purr and you men are very much satisfied. I'd call that a win/win.

I know how good sex can make me feel. My husband more than once has commented how much I look different after, skin brighter, eyes brighter, I change, I actually look younger. Sex is VERY good for me. So I can personally back up what these experts are saying.
Do I get to have sex 3 times a week???? I wish! lol
Unfortunately no, life just doesn't allow us much free naughty time, at the moment. This years grand total has been a big 1! So I guess we are not going to live an extra 10 years?
I also know how my body starts to feel when sex has been out of the picture too long.............and boy that isn't a pretty picture!
