The saga of my roster hours continue, although there seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully before the weeks out I will have hours that work for everyone. Fingers crossed. If the last proposal gets approved, it will be better than what I'd hoped for.

Now I must be off to bed, as I have a week of early starts. 6 am for this little chickie.

ReplyDeleteThank you Don. So far the issue is still not resolved. I have no idea what days I or hours I will be working next week. Hopefully I will know more by Saturday. They are still trying to get me to work hours I can't do. : (
ReplyDeleteI have been nice and accommodating and I hope this pays off. This week has almost killed me as I have worked everyday. My back is now telling me I am pushing the friendship. I need at least a day off after every two. I have done 5 straight. they are aware of this too, I am the compo case.
Unsafe work practices got me into this mess, they know it, they did it,and they were super in getting me support and help with my recovery, but I am paying for it daily, and that is just life for me now. I can work anywhere between the hours of 9.15 am to 6.30 pm, and weekends. How hard is to to find me 16 workable hours??? Apparently VERY! lol
I haven't seen my hubby all week. We are like to passing strangers. It will be lovely to have routine again. So keep those arms and legs and fingers crossed. ^_^
